Coffee shop below a skin clinic?

Walked up to Hipsthetic Coffee and the sign right above it says skin clinic / laser clinic, so this whole building is somehow a coffee shop stacked under a dermatology office. Kind of a funny combo I wasn't expecting. The outdoor seating is literally made of stacked milk crates for the tables and chairs, which caught me off guard too 😅. Inside it's industrial-concrete, wood tables, the usual hip cafe look. Didn't try the single origin drip but they had Kenya, Brazil, and Colombia options lined up with little origin cards by the glass drippers.
