They brought the whole slab of meat over on a cutting board and showed it to me right at the table before cooking it — never seen that before, kind of a fun surprise. They grilled it on a round gold pan, and watching the smoke rise got me a little hyped🔥
The side dishes came in small bowls on a wooden tray, so many that the table was basically full. It was fun picking through them one by one.
