These Terms set out the conditions for using the services (the "Service") provided by Yeppuriko (the "Company"). Users shall use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
The Service is an information platform that provides information about Korean aesthetic clinics, restaurants and related businesses, and facilitates consultations and bookings. The Company is not a medical institution and does not provide diagnosis, treatment or any other medical care. Contracts for treatments are made directly between the user and each clinic. We strive for accuracy, but prices and details may change at each business's discretion.
Registration is complete when an applicant applies using the method specified by the Company and the Company approves the application. Registrations made with false information may be cancelled. Accounts are personal and may not be transferred or lent to third parties.
When using the Service, users must not engage in any of the following.
Rights to community posts, reviews and other user content belong to the author. The author grants the Company a royalty-free licence to use the content (including translation, summarisation and display) to operate, improve and promote the Service. The Company may remove, without notice, content that violates these Terms, is factually false, or infringes third-party rights.
We have zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Illegal, sexually explicit, hateful or threatening content, disclosure of private information without permission, harassment and spam are prohibited. We remove violating content and may suspend or terminate offending accounts. Users can report posts or comments and block abusive users from the content menu. Agreement to these Terms is required before registration or sign-in.
Points and similar benefits are granted under conditions set by the Company and can be exchanged for gift vouchers. Benefits obtained through improper means may be revoked. The content, validity period and conditions of benefits may change with prior notice.
The Company may change or suspend the Service with prior notice to users (or subsequent notice in urgent cases). The Company may remove content, suspend use, or cancel the registration of users who violate these Terms.
The Company does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the information published. Except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence, the Company is not liable for damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the Service. The content and results of medical services are governed by the contract between the user and each clinic.
The Company may amend these Terms as needed. Amended Terms take effect when posted on the Service. Material changes will be announced in advance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any dispute arising in connection with the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the Company's registered address.
