• SNS post information to verify trial-program posts, and voucher exchange and delivery records
• Skin concerns and skin type that you choose to enter to personalize the community feed (never shown to other users)

• Arranging consultations and bookings, and related communication

• Translation and text processing: AI providers (e.g. OpenAI) — for translating consultations and posts
• Messaging: LINE (notifications and login)
• Analytics: Google (Google Analytics)

We retain personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, and delete it without undue delay when you close your account or it is no longer needed — except where retention is required by law.
