This is Ultherapy PRIME lifting, which uses ultrasound to lift the deep layers of the skin.

This Ultherapy Prime 100-shot event is for anyone worried about sagging along the jawline, cheeks, or cheekbones, or about overall loss of firmness. Ultherapy Prime is an ultrasound lifting treatment that focuses energy on the SMAS (superficial muscular aponeurotic system) layer, the fascia that determines how firm your face looks. It tightens loose tissue and helps stimulate collagen regeneration. This event covers one session of 100 shots.

Who it's for

  • Anyone who wants to improve sagging along the jawline, cheeks, or cheekbones
  • Anyone who wants to restore firmness across the whole face
  • Anyone who wants to treat the deeper layers of the skin without damaging the surface
  • Anyone who'd rather start with a consultation to set a direction than commit to a high shot count from the outset
  • Anyone who wants to finish everything from consultation to treatment in a single day during a trip to Korea

How the treatment works

  1. Facial design while seatedWith you sitting upright, the doctor looks directly at your face and decides which areas to lift and which to avoid. Energy is concentrated on protruding or sagging areas and distributed around hollow ones.
  2. Checking depth with ultrasound imagingBefore treatment, real-time ultrasound imaging (DeepSee) is used to check the depth of the fascia layer directly. Because fascia depth varies across different parts of the face, the right depth is chosen for each area.
  3. Choosing tips and treatmentWhile you lie down, energy is delivered according to the design, switching tips to match each area and depth. The clinic's video notes that 4.5mm, 3.0mm, and 1.5mm tips are mainly used.
  4. Midway comparisonOnce half the treatment is done, you're shown a before-and-after comparison, so you can see the difference with your own eyes rather than relying on how it feels.
  5. Post-treatment guidanceAfter the treatment, aftercare precautions are explained.

FAQ

Are 100 shots enough?

For full-face treatment, the clinic usually recommends somewhere between 300 and 600 shots. Which areas and how much coverage 100 shots suit will be decided during consultation.

What's the difference between Ulthera and Ultherapy Prime?

According to the clinic's video, the tips are the same as before, but the depth visible on ultrasound has increased from 4.5mm to 8mm, the resolution is better, and reduced device lag makes the treatment noticeably smoother.

Does it hurt a lot?

There may be some pain, so the clinic takes care to reduce it with methods such as painkillers, numbing cream, and cooling. The methods used for this treatment will be explained during consultation.

Is it okay if I don't speak Korean?

An in-house Japanese interpreter is available. For other languages, please ask when you book.
