How the treatment works

1. 1:1 consultationThe clinic listens to the areas that concern you and the changes you want, then checks whether ONDA Lifting is a good fit. As a rule, the clinic explains how the treatment works, what results you can reasonably expect, and the precautions before treatment.
2. Choosing the area and energy levelYou decide which area to treat (double chin, deep cheek fat or jawline) and how much energy to use. The energy level for this event is 40kJ.
3. ONDA treatmentMicrowave energy is delivered to the target area in the deeper layers of the skin. The device is designed to reduce stress on the skin's surface while delivering energy precisely to the target area.
4. Pain managementThe clinic takes care to reduce pain with methods such as painkillers, numbing cream and cooling. The clinic will explain which methods are used for this treatment during the consultation.
5. Post-treatment guidanceThe clinic explains the precautions to follow after treatment.

What's included

The price includes VAT and applies during the clinic's event period. Increasing the energy level or adding areas costs extra. Requesting the head doctor incurs a separate nomination fee. The clinic is closed on Sundays.

From treatment day to recovery

1. BookingPick your preferred date under Book Now, and the clinic will check its schedule and confirm your appointment. Same-day treatment is also available.
2. Treatment dayThe consultation and treatment take place on the same day. A Japanese interpreter is with you from the consultation onward.
3. Right after treatmentYou may experience a warm sensation, redness or swelling. The clinic will explain during the consultation when you can return to your normal routine and how to care for the area.
4. After thatONDA Lifting aims to refine facial contours by stimulating collagen remodeling. Whether you need additional sessions is decided during the consultation.

Aftercare

• The clinic explains post-treatment precautions in person on the day.
• If you have questions after leaving Korea, you can contact the clinic through its online consultation (KakaoTalk).

Doctors and clinic

The clinic is in Apgujeong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, within walking distance of Exit 4 of Apgujeong Station. It offers 1:1 consultations with each patient and aims for personalized care rather than assembly-line treatment. An in-house Japanese interpreter is available; if you need interpretation, let the clinic know when you book. For same-day bookings, an interpreter may not be available, so the clinic may assist you using a translation app. Consultations in English and Chinese are also available. Requesting the head doctor costs extra, and the clinic is closed on Sundays and public holidays. ONDA Lifting is a lifting device the clinic is introducing with a special launch promotion.

Side effects and precautions

• Because this is an energy-based treatment, you may feel heat and pain during the procedure. Ways to reduce pain are discussed before treatment.
• Redness and swelling may occur after treatment. If they are severe or last a long time, let the clinic know right away.
• ONDA addresses both fat and firmness. If sagging is your main concern, another lifting treatment such as Ulthera may be a better fit, so this is checked first during the consultation.
