We're recruiting models to receive surgery on one area (eyes, nose, or facial contouring) with no surgery fee. Lead Director Dr. Park Ihyun, a board-certified plastic surgeon trained at Seoul National University Hospital, personally handles everything from consultation to surgery.

Why is there no surgery fee?

To celebrate the clinic's opening, it's looking for people to document their actual surgery and recovery. If you're selected, you won't pay the surgery fee for the area you chose. In return, you provide before-and-after and progress photos and share your experience on Instagram and the YEPPURIKO app. The surgical methods and level of care are exactly the same as for regular patients.

As director of Dream Plastic Surgery, Dr. Park performed rhinoplasty, facial contouring, and fat grafting. In a column for a health publication, he stressed that "for rhinoplasty, you have to check the condition of the nasal bone and cartilage with a 3D-CT scan before surgery." His surgical standard comes down to one sentence: "If it can't be done perfectly, it's better not to do it."

What makes this recruitment different

• The director who consults you performs your surgery. The Lead Director consults with you 1:1, the same director operates, and he checks your progress himself.
• Structure comes before shape. The method is decided only after checking your eye-opening strength, nasal bone and cartilage, and contour bones and nerve positions.
• Designed around your whole-face proportions. The nose is planned using your profile from forehead to lips to chin, and contouring treats the cheekbones and jaw as one continuous facial line.

Areas and surgical methods

1. Eye surgeryBased on eyelid thickness and eye-opening strength, the right method is chosen from non-incisional (suture) or incisional double eyelid surgery, ptosis correction, canthoplasty, or under-eye fat repositioning. Double eyelid surgery takes about 30 minutes to 1 hour.
2. RhinoplastyThe nasal bone and septal cartilage are checked with 3D-CT, and a closed or open approach is chosen. Materials are selected from autologous cartilage, rib cartilage, dermis, or silicone custom-designed to fit your nasal bone. Revision surgery consultations are also available.
3. Facial contouringAfter checking bone and nerve positions with 3D-CT, the necessary areas (cheekbones, square jaw, chin) are designed as one facial line. Performed under general anesthesia, it takes about 1 to 3 hours.

From application to surgery

2. Clinic review and selection noticeIf selected, you'll be notified via an app notification and LINE.
3. Pre-consultation and visit schedulingYou'll have an online pre-consultation using photos of your face and set your visit date.
4. In-person consultation and surgeryThe Lead Director examines you personally, finalizes the method, and performs the surgery.

• Stitch removal and post-op progress checks

The surgery fee is waived on the condition that you fulfill the model requirements. If additional surgery beyond the original plan is needed, you'll be informed separately before proceeding. Flights, accommodation, and transportation are at your own expense.

From surgery day to recovery

1. Surgery dayDepending on the area, surgery is done under sedation or general anesthesia. After your condition is checked in the recovery room, you go home.
2. About 1 weekStitches are removed and the incisions are checked. We recommend planning to stay in Korea until this day.
3. About 2 weeksMajor swelling goes down. Hyperbaric oxygen therapy and swelling-care laser help your recovery.
4. 1 month and beyondThe shape starts to settle. You share progress photos at 1 week, 2 weeks, and 1 month.

Clinic information

The clinic is on the 8th floor of 563 Gangnam-daero, Seocho-gu, Seoul, a 1-minute walk from Exit 8 of Nonhyeon Station. Hours are 9:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. on weekdays and until 5 p.m. on Saturdays; closed Wednesdays and Sundays. According to the clinic, 24-hour emergency contact is available after surgery.

Side effects and precautions

• Swelling, bruising, bleeding, infection, and inflammation can occur, so you must follow the clinic's medication and aftercare instructions.
• After nose surgery, temporary nasal congestion and reduced sensation at the nose tip can occur, and pain or scarring may remain at the cartilage harvest site.
• After contouring surgery, reduced sensation around the jaw or asymmetry can occur, which is why nerve positions are checked with 3D-CT first.
• If the in-person consultation determines that surgery isn't advisable due to your health, it may not proceed.
