In Korea, gopchang ultimately gets me excited.

When I can’t decide what to have for dinner in Korea, I end up going for gopchang（곱창）after all. The smell the moment it starts grilling— it’s intense. The ones that are crispy on the outside and juicy with fat inside are the best. Usually, one serving costs around 18,000–28,000 won. Honestly, it’s a bit much for one person. When you go to places like Gangnam（カンナム）or Sindang（シンダン）, you can normally smell gopchang grilling at night. In Korea, foods that are grilled suddenly become extra tempting at night. It’s not fair.
