Korean gopchang is a little intimidating at first.

Korean gopchang (곱창),
to be honest, can feel a little intimidating at first.
Since it’s made from offal,
the appearance can be pretty intense too.
But once it starts grilling,
the smell of the fat usually wins you over.
Crispy on the outside, juicy inside.
Many places have sauces that pack more punch than salt.
Gangnam (강남) and Sindang (신당)
have quite a lot of gopchang restaurants.
It costs around 18,000–28,000 won per serving,
and you usually have to order at least two servings.
Honestly,
it’s not exactly a light meal.
But it definitely gives you that “Korean dinner” feeling.
